Start the perturbation analysis (online version).

Parameters:

  • lastCluster (int) – The cluster id of the last cluster in the track

  • perturbed_genes (list) – A list of perturbed genes

  • CUDA (bool) – Whether to use GPU

Returns:

out (dict) – A dictionary of perturbation results
